Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time but we are hoping to offer this service in the future.
How is the cost of delivery calculated?
Delivery costs are a flat rate added to each item inclusive of handling, packaging and courier charges.
How long does delivery take?
Usually between 5-7 working days, with the exception of photographic prints which are created to order at our preferred lab. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional longer delivery times. We will endeavor to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.
How do I contact Customer Services?

Do I need to setup an account to make an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. But if you set up an account we will hold your billing and delivery details to make shopping easier next time. You can update your details at any time.
Can I buy gift cards online?
Of course!
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please send us an email to shop@artepus.com and we will sort it out as quickly as we can.
I’ve seen something I like on the website a while ago but can’t seem to find it now. Where is it?
Artepus offers many unique and limited edition products and the chances are it’s been sold. It never hurts to email us directly to enquire as to whether another can be found, but to avoid disappointment, we recommend ‘striking while the iron is hot’.
